STANDARD

Our wedding package is designed to include all elements of the historic Williams Orchard. The most romantic day of your life deserves a stunning setting that can be found stowed away in acres of our orchard. Our couples are typically most interested in the below features, all of which are included within the rental

    • 1870’s era renovated barn with modern features

    • Historic Sears & Roebuck farmhouse, which many brides use to get ready in

    • Grooms workshop, often the location of choice for the groomsmen to prepare for the day

    • Ceremony site overlooking the pond and orchard, including wooden bench seating

    • Reception tables and chairs for up to 300 guests

    • 137 acres to stage your stunning wedding day pictures

    • Flexible hours, included in the base fee, for those who want to start a little early and /or go a little late

  • Friday- 6,800.00

    Saturday- 7,800.00

    Weekly Buyout - Call for weekly buyout pricing, which can include overnight stays

Tented Weddings

We understand that barn weddings aren’t for everyone, and that’s why we are thrilled to offer tented wedding options. Whether you envision an open-air celebration or a beautifully draped tent, this flexible alternative lets you create a day that’s uniquely yours, while still enjoying the orchard’s natural charm.

A weekly rental for tented weddings are required for execution. We offer tented weddings of any size to fit your needs. Our base fee does not include the cost of renting the tent but we have preferred vendors we can share with our brides and grooms to secure the tent of your dreams.

Start by filling out our contact form on the website. This provides us with useful information to get to know you and your fiancé, about your wedding desires, and also what date you’re inquiring about. 

Touring the Venue

LET US SHOW YOU AROUND

After filling out the contact form, we will send you a link to book a tour with us. The tour lasts from thirty minutes to an hour. 

Booking

GETTING YOUR DATE LOCKED

When you’re ready to book with us, we require half down to hold your date. A sign contract will also be signed.

Add-Ons

We offer special add-ons to take your wedding day to the next level. You’ll have your whole guest list talking for years about your day. Imagine a romantic dinner nestled in the orchard, exchanging vows in the serene beauty of the woods, or hosting an outdoor celebration with the sunset glowing behind you. These options are designed to help you create a one-of-a-kind experience for you and your guests.

    • Ceremony in the Forest – We do have a beautiful old growth forest on the property where we have staged dramatic ceremonies in this unique setting.

    • Dinner in the Orchard – This has become a popular option as the canopy created by the apple trees is simply stunning. 

    • Outdoor package- The outdoor package gives a more formal cocktail area and chill vibe. With our back patio you’ll be able to have a bar outside, outdoor lounge furniture, yard games, and a warm fire when the stars come out.

    • Day-of Coordinating or Wedding Planning - Many of our Brides value a partner when navigating this important day.  While having a day of coordinator is a prerequisite of renting the grounds, we made it easy for you and have our own team of in-house planners and coordinators to help you plan and execute your weekend if desired. 

    • European Pheasant Hunt - Looking for a unique way to elevate your experience, allow Williams Orchard to assemble a world class pheasant hunt on property for you and your guests

    • Horseback Riding - With 192 acres with miles of trails, enjoy an afternoon of horseback riding with guests

    • S’more Station and Bonfire- Allow Williams Orchard to create a fun s’mores station next to the barn

  • Ceremony In The Woods- $1,750 + The Cost Of Transportation

    Dinner In The Orchard- $500 + The Cost Of Tables

    Outdoor Package- $1,000

    Wagon Ride - $1,750

    European Pheasant Hunt - Dependent on number of hunters but packages are often $8,000 - $10,000 (up to 25 hunters)

    Horeseback Riding - Dependent on number of riders

    S’more Station - $4 per guest
